What We Are Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Internships, academic projects, or research experience in fintech, digital payments, data analysis, or market research is a plus
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior trends
- Knowledge of digital payments, fintech, and QRIS ecosystem
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for business strategy
Soft Skills Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork in a cross-functional environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on fintech industry trends
Minimum Qualifications: About The Role:
Analyzing market demand and identifying future product development opportunities for QRIS. You will conduct research on high-demand industries, categorize merchants based on their industry type, and provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and business needs

- Research potential QRIS product developments to align with market trends
- Analyze market behavior and payment preferences across different industries
- Identify high-potential merchant segments to boost QRIS adoption and usage
- Provide data-driven insights to support product strategy and business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance QRIS features and functionality
