Job Title : Project Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing and upcoming projects.
2. Manage all project-related documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, internal teams, and other relevant parties to ensure project alignment.
4. Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
5. Monitor and ensure project timelines are adhered to.
6. Analyze potential risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field.
2. At least 2 years of proven experience in project management.
3. Knowledge or experience in the beauty, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
4. Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
7. Familiarity with financial reporting and project-related budgeting is a plus.
