About the Role:
Lead property management operations, including budgeting, reporting, lease administration, and vendor oversight.
Monitor financial performance, including billing, collections, cash flow, and variance tracking, ensuring smooth recovery processes.
Provide leadership and direction to property staff, supporting career development and performance management.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee construction projects, inspections, and compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company procedures.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably from Engineering or any related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with strong knowledge of building operations, finance and lease/contracts.
Proactive and proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and vendors effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems; able to produce accurate reports and manage documentation.
