Responsibilities:
- Contingent Worker Data Management: Update contingent worker data monthly and ensure accurate reporting to Group IT.
- Organizational Changes: Renew the organization chart and job descriptions to reflect ongoing changes within the organization.
- Talent Management Documentation: Maintain and update Talent Management assessment matrix documents to support talent development and succession planning.
- Update and maintain the organization's structure, including employee function and organizational charts.
- Review employee costs and track yearly changes in headcount (additions and reductions).
- Handle and analyze HR data, both numerical (e.g., employee data) and non-numerical (e.g., job descriptions).
- Track and manage the job descriptions of multiple employees to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in HR-related projects with the Group, providing support from an HR data perspective.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate, last-year student, or undergraduate with no remaining classes to attend from any major.
- Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi area, South Jakarta
- Experience in data analysis, particularly in HR Analytics or Organizational Development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for basic data processing.
- Basic understanding of English (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
