- maintain laboratory inventory & consumables, calibration
- troubleshoot instrument errors and inconsistent result
- perform testing & report test result precise and accurate
- conduct analysis of products and raw materials
- conduct improvement and update of analytical method
- involved in product and process development in the laboratory
- assisted in preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation was complete
Requirement:
- D3/S1 in Chemical Analysis, chemical engineering, chemistry
- Having min 2 years experience as QA/QC in lubricant laboratory
- Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Hands on experience with kinematic viscosity equipment, density testing, potentiometric titrator, ICP equipment, karl fischer equipment, foaming, copper corrosian, and other lubricant laboratory instruments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
