Requirements
What you bring:
- Relevant qualification or experience in reservations, front office, or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Having organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and having experience with basic computer applications
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
