Job Description
We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent who is passionate about exceptional service and delivering personalized guest experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all reservation requests via phone, email, and digital platforms promptly and professionally.
Ensure all bookings are accurately processed in the system, including guest preferences, special requests, and payment details.
Maximize room revenue through effective upselling and yield management strategies.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on current rates, promotions, packages, and hotel services.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues with grace and efficiency.
Maintain service quality aligned with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards and Sofitel brand expectations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Reservations or Front Office in an upscale or luxury hotel is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages such as Bahasa Indonesia or French is an advantage.
Proficient in using Opera or other hotel reservation systems.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
