WAITER/WAITRESS
The duties and responsibilities :
- Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables and ensuring a smooth seating process
- Take and confirm reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication with the kitchen and waitstaff.
- Maintain a waitlist during peak hours, providing accurate wait time estimates and keeping guests informed
- May be involved in promoting special offerings and upsell items to enhance the dining experience
- Be familiar with the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to assist guests with questions and recommendations
Qualifications :
- Min. 1 year experience as Server or customer service role in hospitality
- Positive attitude, Disciplines and responsible
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage
- Must work well in a team
- Can speak English
