Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain excellent communication.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Assist with stock control, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory levels
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a senior role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic reporting.
