Role purpose
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this newly created position is pivotal in enabling our sales leaders with the right tools, processes, and training to build a future-ready sales force.
Role Accountabilities
- Designing and implementing sales capability development programmes
- Leading distributor management strategies, including Route to Market (RTM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Driving performance through dashboard reporting and sales operations oversight
- Coaching and developing talent across internal sales teams and third-party partners
- Championing new sales systems and process implementations
About You
- Over 10 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years in distributor and capability management
- Proven expertise in RTM and RGM strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A track record of delivering results through structured performance management
- Experience in managing change and embedding new systems.
