We are now looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) and New Business Development Lead based in Indonesia to strengthen our position and expand our footprint.
This hybrid role requires a strategic leader who excels in account management, business development, and industry partnership building. You will act as the end-to-end owner of the business with key Indonesian customers—driving customer success, growing revenue, and ensuring alignment with Ericsson’s long-term goals in the MOAI (Market Area Oceania, Southeast Asia & India) region.
What You Will Do
- Position Ericsson as a technology and thought leader in Indonesia
- Drive strategic account planning and execution for long-term customer relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing business and adjacent verticals
- Lead customer engagement and negotiations, ensuring profitable growth
- Influence customer vision and strategy by providing insight and industry expertise
- Build and expand relationships with ecosystem partners, government bodies, and regulatory stakeholders
- Work with Customer Units and Portfolio Management to create tailored, competitive offerings
- Define and drive go-to-market models and industry roadmaps for Indonesia
- Represent Ericsson in relevant industry forums and events to shape market thinking
- Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across all engagements
- Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and competence development across the region
Grow with us
What You will Bring:
- Over 10 years of experience in relationship sales, business development, or account management in the ICT sectors
- Proven track record in developing large, complex customer accounts
- Solid understanding of public and private procurement processes
- Strong business acumen and techno-commercial mindset
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term wins with long-term vision
- Collaborative leadership with experience in cross-functional and virtual teams
- Strong understanding of the cultural and business dynamics in ICT Industry in Indonesia
