The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong grasp of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting. They have solid experience in managing full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP and relevant regulations. Proactive and organised, they bring the ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making. A background in audit or consultancy is a plus, along with proficiency in accounting software and excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in managing accounting operations, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software, particularly XERO, and other relevant financial systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of the organisation’s accounting activities.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and comply with GAAP, Indonesian tax laws, and applicable financial regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns and statutory financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts; provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Maintain organised and audit-ready financial documentation.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Manage and maintain accounting systems (e.g., XERO) and ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
- Communicate effectively with external parties including auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.
