We’re looking for a Campaign team member to join our dynamic marketing team in Indonesia. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end campaign development – driving strategy, execution, and performance – to grow brand presence and support business growth.
What’ll you do:
Plan and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns based on the travel calendar – including campaign thematics, promotional mechanics, budget planning, and performance tracking.
Leverage data insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. email, push, paid media, creative) to bring campaigns to life across all touchpoints.
Lead offline marketing activations to support new user acquisition and drive conversions.
Work closely with agencies and internal teams to manage both always-on and ad-hoc campaigns across multiple channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign results, extracting key learnings to inform future strategy.
What’ll you need:
Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s travel landscape, seasonal trends, and local consumer behavior.
Proven ability to manage or mentor junior team members, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making (experience with Tableau is a plus).
Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
