Job Summary
Manage, monitor, and evaluate mining operation performance and liaise with Superior and Project Manager to foster an efficient Mining operation through competent Technical and Engineering skills and disciplines.
Job Responsibilities
Key Metric Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions. Mining plans are completed accurately in accordance with TNC. Monitor mining operation performance and liaise with the Superior and Project Manager and site engineering staff to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines. Asset fiance operations are successfully managed. Audit the project engineering departments to ensure quality systems, procedures and resources are effectively implemented. The qualities are implemented effectively. Manage the collation of the site Project Monthly Report (PMR) templates and MIS targets and review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost information in order to seek business improvement initiatives. Business initiatives significantly improved. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained- Target Zero LTI
- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 2-3 years experience as a Mining Engineer
- Exposure on variety of Mining disciplines
- Outstanding leadership skills
- May be required to assist at project sites
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
- Strong capability in analytical skill.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
