Role Purpose
The Product Manager is responsible for delivering the product according to the company's vision along with the customer needs and managing the product development process. This includes leading the team through the product lifecycle, supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, handling cross-department collaboration, and optimizing the value of the product(s).

Responsibilities:
Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders
Defining product features according to customer needs and align it with company’s vision
Leading the product development team and process, ensuring alignment with goals and timely delivery
Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders
Managing and prioritizing product backlog items
Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint
Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release -Identifying areas of improvement
Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
5+ years of experience as Product Manager
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Strong presentation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Have a "getting things done" mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset
Have a strong expertise and experience in the payment domain
