Job Summary
Monitoring of the project financial performance, both revenue and costs, against the Projects budget and/or forecast to support the achievement of the Projects financial objectives; Prepare both periodic project reports and financial statement; Identify and analyze revenue driver and costs driver to determine the impact on project revenue and project costs.
Job Responsibilities
Key Metric Identify and analyse anomalies, variances or non-compliances in the actual operating costs (i.e., materials, plant, labour, sub-contractors, etc.) and take the necessary corrective actions or inform management of proposed action to ensure compliance as soon as they become known. Anomalies, variances, or non-compliances in the actual operating costs are identified and analysed. Provide recommendations on operating cost reports based on comparative analysis of budget/forecast to actuals (i.e., unit costs, capital cost, overhead costs, etc.) and provide recommendations to ensure the project objectives are achieved. Document responsibility Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast to support the achievement of the operation and objectives within the allocated budget. Financial performance is well managed and within the allocated budget. Implement and maintain budgeting and costing processes and procedures to achieve department objectives and targets. Budgeting is well implemented and maintained. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained- Target Zero LTI
- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 3 years experiences in dealing with cost control
- Analytical thinking and good supervisory skill.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to be placed at project site.
- Good communication and influencing skill.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
