Report problems or incidents. Execute the escalation matrix for incident reporting.
Create a daily activity report.
Create an inhouse PM Report.
Input PM Report into the system.
Input Incident through the System, Incident tracker
Coordinate with vendors for PM escort activities and troubleshoot incidents.
Provide data for the HSE report in the form of toolbox meeting photos, safe manhours work, documentation of unsafe actions, unsafe conditions, good catch, near miss.
Provide weekly and monthly report reports
Responsible for operational tools and measuring instruments.
