SRM System Operation Consultant

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience in SRM/ERP system operations or implementation; familiarity with SAP SRM, Oracle SRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, with foundational knowledge of database management (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and server operations.

• Deep understanding of supply chain workflows and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows systems and scripting (Shell/Python).
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Fluency in English for technical documentation reading.

• Manage daily operations of SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) systems, including monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Collaborate with development teams and business units to analyze user requirements, and provide solutions for system configuration, upgrades, and integration.
• Administer system access, data security, and backup/recovery strategies to ensure high availability and compliance.
• Develop system manuals, technical documentation, and conduct end-user training.
• Track industry trends and drive system enhancements for SRM functionality and process improvements.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to support supply chain digital transformation and system integration (e.g., ERP, CRM).
