About the Assignment:
You will be assigned to the Strategy & Planning team and Fleet Supply Chain Management, which is responsible to control invoices, contracts and purchase orders.
The Core Objectives:
1. Operational Reporting - Gather relevant data from finance and operations on a regular basis and report to team
2. Financial and Operations Metrics Control - input and compare data with budget or KPI, analyse root-cause, and create suggestion for improvements
3. Administration - Create, process, and store all important data regarding operations.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Highly responsible, independent, with clear communication skills
2. Fluency in English is considered a plus
3. Have competence in analyzing data, and operate Microsoft Excel
4. Experienced in working with data, to operate and analyze the data using Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Preferably have a bachelor S1 / diploma D3 degree in Finance/Accounting/Engineering
2. 1 years of relevant experience as administration, particularly supporting Supply Chain Management/Operations
