- Develop and implement short, medium, and long term supply planning strategies to meet customer demand and company goals.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Material Planning, Procurement, Production, NPD, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts.
- Analyze supply chain data : inventory levels and capacity planning to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, inventory turnover, plan achievement, and forecast accuracy.
- Prepare weekly planning scenario, detail production scheduling, and lead meeting and alignment with production and engineering department.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
- Support new product launches by coordinating supply readiness and inventory planning.
- Utilize ERP and planning software tools to streamline supply planning processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
- Communicate supply plans and status updates to senior management and stakeholders, inclusive prepare related supply planning reporting
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Min 2- 5 years of experience in supply or demand planning roles within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, and analyse trends.
- Exceptional communication and team work, easy to communicate with all level of organization
- Growth mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
