Test Engineer

? Should have 2 to 3 + years of experience in Life Insurance domain. ? Strong understanding of insurance domain and experience working on application like Life Asia (AS400), Claims, Policy Servicing , digital applications for policy onboarding, portals, and underwriting workflow applications. ? Performs exploratory testing, in-sprint testing, API testing, and end-to-end journey level testing and able to execute automation. ? Ability to create test designs as per user stories and estimate the testing effort associated with user stories and testing tasks. ? Provides walkthrough of Test Results to stakeholders, Reports defects & follows up with Developers / BA / IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA ? Experience of creating, executing, and maintaining test plans and test scripts ? Provides walkthroughs of test results to stakeholders, reports defects, and follows up with developers/BA/IT for defect fixes, tracking defect aging as per SLAs. ? Able to create test design as per User Stories and estimate testing effort associated with the user stories and all testing tasks, must have working knowledge for API Testing ? Can individually manage client expectation and can take ownership for the assigned task ? Should have 2+ years of experience in Testing for Life Insurance application. ? Should have knowledge Agile Testing (Manual + Automation) ? Possess strong Insurance domain knowledge on new business policy onboarding, portals, and workflow applications, Life Asia(AS400) application for New Business, Claims and Policy Servicing. ? Plays a critical Agile Tester role in coordination between multiple squads located globally.
