- Train and assess theory, practical, and safety of operating technique the machine / Heavy Equipment according to machine / HE product operating manual and Company Standard Operating Procedure.
Job Responsibilities
Key Metric Prepare training material (Handout, Presentation and Assessment). Training materials are well-prepared. Deliver the training for all operators, both in class and job training, reminding of unsafe action and unsafe condition to all employees. Training is well-delivered; both in class and on the job training. Conduct refresh training for operator skills and knowledge based on field observations and productivity data, theory test and practical to all of candidate procedure. Refresh training is succesfully conducted. Show the operating technique of the machine according to operating procedure. Operating technique is successfully shown. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained- Target Zero LTI
- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Any majorSkill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 1 years experiences in training field.
- Experienced in organizing imparting events and preparation of quality mgmt. system documents.
- Acceptable knowledge for various types and models of mining/earth work machines.
- High level of quality awareness for legal and administrative controls of workplace health/ safety risks.
- Willing to travel to all company’s project sites
- Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
