Job Description
- Provide legal opinions for legal issues and disputes
- Draft and implement policies related to legal agreements, compliance, and risk management
- Provide recommendations based on regulations and compliance
- Prevent and mitigate legal disputes efficiently to minimize costs and impact
- Develop and communicate procurement strategies and long-term plans for effectiveness and efficiency
- Oversee vendor selection, procurement processes, and contract management
- Mitigate procurement risks through data analysis and control strategies
- Set and monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency
- Manage office and facilities (general affairs), including administration, security, infrastructure, and maintenance
- Establish and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks, corporate governance, procurement strategy, and facilities management
- Comprehensive business knowledge
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience as a legal advisor in a business environment
- Excellent communication skills
