Job Description:
- Provide 24/7 application support and perform system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor daily batch jobs and system processes to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Handle and resolve incoming tickets from end users and internal teams via the ticketing system.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for escalation and resolution of complex incidents.
- Utilize SQL queries and stored procedures to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
- Work with JSON, Postman, and RESTful APIs for application integration and troubleshooting.
- Support applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform and utilize Google Big Data tools such as BigQuery.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and incident logs for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:
- Proven experience in Application Support or similar technical support role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Queries and Stored Procedures.
- Familiarity with JSON and tools such as Postman for API testing.
- Understanding of REST API concepts and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Big Data technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment, including on-call rotations and weekend shifts when necessary.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or within a team.
