Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Staff, you will assist the HR team in various administrative and operational activities, including:
- Assisting in recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintaining and organizing employee data, documents, and records.
- Helping track attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
- Assisting with internal communication, employee engagement, and event coordination.
- Supporting training & development initiatives.
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are well implemented.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and basic HR functions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
