We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented New Business Account Executive to join our dynamic team at JJ Group. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns that meet our clients’ business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and a knack for problem-solving.
In this role, you’ll:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and media, to deliver effective advertising solutions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and insights to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Support new business development efforts by contributing to proposals and pitches.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
We’re seeking someone with experience including:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven experience in account management or a related role, preferably in an advertising agency.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office.

- Certification in account management or related fields (preferred).
