- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and related roles;
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinates to user regarding job requirements and recruitment updates;
- Manage recruitment report;
- Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities;
- Follow up candidates;
- Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.
- Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor graduate from Psychology, Management, Business, or a related fields;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter;
- Have experience recruitment with a strong focus on hiring for Sales or Commercial roles will be a plus point;
- Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, etc.);
- Having excellent communication skills and organizational skills;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Strong in planning skills;
- Excellent in administrative skill;
- Knowledge of technical and industry trends.
