- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing high-volume hiring.
- Proven success in mass hiring for BPO or contact center roles (e.g. agents, TLs, trainers, support functions).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing strategy to onboarding.
- Experience in handling multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, databases, and offline events.
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets under tight deadlines.
- Skilled in recruitment data analytics and reporting to monitor fulfillment progress and team performance.
- Strong people management skills to lead and coach a team of recruiters, sourcers, and interviewers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in collaborating with operations and client teams.
- Familiar with recruitment tools (e.g. ATS, HRIS) and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
