Senior Product Marketing & Operations Specialist
As a Product Marketing & Operations Specialist supporting our client’s regional product team, you'll be instrumental in solving ambiguous problems and driving key initiatives. You'll act as a vital link between disparate ideas and teams, applying sound business judgment to bring the best of our products to the student and university environment, with a particular focus on the Indonesian market. It’s imperative to be a self-starter with a can-do attitude who can navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Beyond day-to-day requirements, you'll also be a key communicator, effectively translating complex issues to internal stakeholders and ensuring project progress. This isn’t a typical operations role; you’ll be deeply embedded within the product ecosystem, using a scrappy yet effective approach to tackle challenges. You’ll also be at the get-go for brainstorming new market strategies and programmes, and you’ll have a genuine curiosity about how AI tools can enhance our work.
The combination of a meticulous and efficient work attitude is key to what we’re looking for.

- Work autonomously in a rapidly changing industry, demonstrating problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
- Manage ambiguous problems and complex projects, applying strong business judgment and effectively communicating intricate issues to internal audiences.
- Proactively research and synthesise technology trends, competitive landscapes, and user feedback, developing deep user insights to identify new product opportunities relevant to the Indonesian market.
- Communicate, represent, and champion the team’s work through effective internal communication tactics, ensuring progress through consistent touch points and key meetings.
- Break down large problems into smaller, manageable tasks, ensuring clarity and execution for all stakeholders.
- Help manage in-market events by supporting and liaising on the planning, production, and communication of events that are on-brand and attractive to our target audience in Indonesia.
- Help support and liaise on in-market ambassador programs, providing a helpful point of view on selection, rewards, management, and expansion of the program, and contributing to both internal and external communications for these initiatives.
You:
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, consulting, project management, or equivalent fields.
- Fluency in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Demonstrated understanding of the local Indonesian market context and consumer behaviour.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an extreme attention to detail and a commitment to creative excellence.
- Have a high sense of ownership, deliver high-quality work, and are curious about the impact of your work on the business.
- Genuine curiosity to learn new concepts and tools, particularly around AI.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
