Architectural and/or MEP Consultant (Wellness Technical Consultant) at Wellness by Solace
Wellness by Solace is Indonesia’s leading provider of luxury wellness solutions, specializing in premium wellness equipment for residential and commercial clients around the globe.
We are currently seeking a technically minded Architectural and/or MEP Consultant to join our growing consulting team. This role involves reviewing architectural and technical drawings submitted by clients, analysing spatial layouts, calculating volumes for pools and saunas, and recommending equipment that aligns with the technical and spatial requirements of each project. The ideal candidate has a background in architecture or MEP engineering and enjoys bridging the gap between design, function, and wellness.
Who We're Looking For:
✔ Educational or professional background in architecture, MEP engineering, or a related technical field
✔ 2–4 years of experience working with architectural and technical drawings
✔ Ability to review, analyse, and interpret architectural and MEP plans
✔ Strong spatial awareness and understanding of technical constraints
✔ Experience or interest in wellness-related projects such as pools, saunas, spas, and steam rooms
✔ Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail
✔ Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English
✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review architectural and MEP drawings to assess technical feasibility and equipment compatibility
✔ Calculate required volumes for saunas, pools, and other wellness equipment
✔ Provide clear recommendations to clients and project teams based on spatial and technical assessments
✔ Assist in specifying the appropriate wellness products for each project
✔ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client installations
✔ Maintain records of consultations and client project details
✔ Support occasional site visits (online or in person) to validate layout and coordination
