- Experience with monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog and Dynatrace) is preferred
- 24*7 Shift Rotational shift
- Able to create dashboard and alarm with threshold.
- Able to analyze alarms that trigged and plan preventive and mitigation.
- Prepare daily alerts and/or alarm.
- Perform 1st layer troubleshooting.
Minimum 3 years experience on AWS Infra ops

- Able to provision EC2, EBS, EFS, RDS and other AWS Cloud component.
- Experience to monitor and support AWS EKS and AWS ECS
