Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced international hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests promptly and accurately using OPERA PMS system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Manage billing, payments, and room assignments efficiently
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uphold the hotel’s service standards at all times
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Support team members to achieve departmental and hotel goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position at an international chain hotel
- Proficient in OPERA PMS system
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Well-groomed, guest-focused, and attentive to detail
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
