We are looking for a friendly and caring Hostess to join our family at Zibiru Restaurant in Seminyak, Bali.
As a Hostess, you will greet and welcome every guest, help them find their table, and make sure they feel happy and comfortable during their visit. You will work together with our team to give the best service and create a warm atmosphere.
What You Will Do:
- Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the restaurant with a warm smile.
- Check their reservation or help them join the waiting list if needed.
- Bring guests to their table, give them menus, and explain any special dishes.
- Answer phone calls and help guests who want to make a booking or ask questions.
- Arrange the seating plan to make sure tables are ready and guests do not wait too long.
- Help guests if they have any special requests or complaints and inform the Supervisor if needed.
- Keep the hostess desk and entrance area clean and tidy at all times.
- Support other team members to make sure service runs well.
- Follow safety and hygiene rules in the restaurant.
What We Are Looking For:
- Can speak English.
- Female, good attitude, and pleasant personality.
- Well-groomed and neat appearance.
- Friendly, patient, and good at talking with people.
- Experience as a hostess or in customer service is a plus.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand and walk for long hours.
