Pullman Bali Legian Beach is a beach front resort in a urban chic style, located between the exciting Kuta and Legian Beach, only 20 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The hotel offers 378 beautiful, spacious rooms & suites. While for business purpose, ballroom and meeting rooms are available for conference up to 350 guests.

• 
  Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality
• Coordinate capital improvement projects to maintain/upgrade quality standard and property image.
• Develop, recommend, implement and manage the hotel’s annual and long term operations, capital, revenue, expense and profit goals
• Ensures optimal compliance with corporate focus audit, licenses & certification
• Manage performance issues that arise within the operation management team & Leads the operation team

• 
  2 years Experience in a similar capacity
• Candidate with experience in executing project, renovation, and managing profiled volume F&B operation will be given preference.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and administration to include budgeting
• Must perform well under pressure and be adaptable to changing work environments
• Must have strong leadership, communication, people development and decision making skills
