Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources & Development
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assess hiring needs, craft job descriptions, post ads, and select candidates
- Define onboarding processes, communicate goals and expectations
- Train and evaluate new hires
Development
- Identify strategic partners (factories, investors, tech teams, etc.)
- Seek and manage external resources for company growth
People Management
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture
- Organize meetings and encourage cross-team communication
- Promote initiative, accountability, and performance reviews
- Implement a reward/sanction system (bonus/malus)
- Build and reinforce company values
Structure & Documentation
- Audit and clarify roles and responsibilities (job descriptions, SOPs)
- Maintain clear records, accessible filing, and updated dashboards
- Ensure responsibilities are documented and visible on the Org Board
Communication & Meetings
- Lead goal-oriented meetings; define weaknesses and solutions
- Edit MoM (Minutes of Meeting), and consequently update SOPs and To do app (Trello)
Task Management
- Oversee use of Trello (To-do /Task App) as a live task and reporting system
- Monitor, review, and optimize team workflows
2. General Affairs (GA)
Internal Operations
- Supervise administration: document control, digital security, and IT systems
- Manage assets and ensure maintenance
External Affairs
- Oversee regulatory needs (e.g., expatriate permits, import/export docs)
- Manage legal matters (labour disputes, legal counsel)

By utilizing advanced technology and the science of information, our devices work to counteract the detrimental effects of electromagnetic smog emitted by various electrical and electronic devices. Aiming for rejuvenation and regeneration, our technology works by informing human cells and organs using scalar wave devices and alchemy-based substances.
