Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
- Setup/maintain workstations, user accounts
- Monitor systems, apply security patches, and maintain IT inventory
- Document solutions and inform simple instructions for common issues to colleagues
Requirements
- Preferred 2+ years IT support experience
- Proficient in Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Networking essentials (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
- Hardware support (PC/laptops, printers, peripherals)
- Support attitude and patience with non-IT users
- Ability to document solutions clearly
- Proactive problem-solver
