- Improving workflow for operations by studying current practices and suggesting more streamlined, accurate and digitalization based inputs / outputs mechanism
- Developing automatic reporting, dashboard, database, user interface, user experience for operations function, inline with digitalization initiatives
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis on various operational processes and procedures. These are to be presented in clear and timely manner
- Monitor digitalization project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports and recommending actions
- Deliver trainings on the use of the automatic reporting and dashboard developed. Also to provide ad-hoc trainings to assist users in the use of existing software and tools in their daily operational needs
