The Operation Officer is responsible for selecting hub locations, developing partnerships, conducting surveys for approval, and overseeing renovations to ensure the hubs are ready on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic hub planning: Identify and propose new hub locations based on data such as student distribution, economic indicators, and school mapping—aligned with business development insights.
Partnership Management: Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C partners. Facilitate surveys, evaluate location matches, and ensure partner documentation is complete and legally compliant.
Location Assessment & Reporting: Conduct offline surveys, evaluate potential hub sites using objective scoring tools, and present findings to stakeholders through detailed reports and classroom layout designs.
Renovation Process and Hub Readiness: Monitor renovation progress with vendors and internal teams, ensure completion within budget (RAB), and handle basic facility setups, building maintenance, and local permit acquisition.
Legal & Documentation Coordination: Prepare collaboration agreements (PKS), liaise between partners and the legal team, and oversee the handover and warranty process with vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Interior Design, or Humanities
2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, site planning, or partner management
Knowledge of renovation processes and building materials
Understanding of urban planning and social geography for location mapping
Familiarity with RAB (budget estimation) and financial planning
Basic concepts of interior design, spatial planning, and layout development
Experience with partnership frameworks and cross-functional coordination
