Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Training: Supervise and develop a team of 8+ staff, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
- Operations & Customer Experience: Optimize workflows, manage daily activities, and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Community & Event Management: Organize tournaments, social events, and collaborations to boost member engagement.
- Sales & Inventory Control: Oversee purchasing, stock management, and sales operations for the club’s store and café.
- Strategic Growth & Development: Implement initiatives to enhance profitability, retention, and the club’s reputation.
Skills and Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and training experience.
- Knowledge of sports event planning and club management.
- Experience with purchasing, sales, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Moka/Majo systems and Microsoft Suite.
