Description
- Develop innovative, high-quality product ideas through research, trials, and continuous iteration.
- Identify and troubleshoot key product and operational issues, proposing smart, data-driven solutions.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from internal teams, customers, and trials into actionable product improvements.
- Lead Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to gather insights and support development planning.
- Manage product development timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Communicate project updates and progress clearly with multiple stakeholders across departments.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, business development, or innovation roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives or go-to-market projects.
- Excellent communication skills—can clearly express ideas and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail. Passionate about food, innovation, and building something from the ground up.
