Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll work closely with the producer and creative teams to execute the key initiative of Team Liquid Indonesia.

Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator oversees for the conceptualizing, planning, scheduling, and maintaining current and upcoming projects whose are highly organized and passionate to oversee and manage all projects across the organization — from esports & non esports events to media productions. This role focuses on end-to-end project execution for key initiatives of Team Liquid Indonesia, including offline/online events, content production, and branded shows which requires excellent project management skills, creative sensibility, and strong communication with both internal teams and external partners. The Project Coordinator ensures that all of the projects running smoothly based on the company goals and aligned with the brand requirement. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Event Officer and Project Producer to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence across all initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, including esports tournaments, brand activations, watch parties, community events, and media content production.
- Develop and manage project timelines, allocate resources, and budgets, ensuring all projects are timely delivered within scope, set milestones and aligned with brand goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Creative, Marketing, Talent, and Partnerships, to ensure clear communication, workflow, and project deliverables.
- Oversee end-to-end content and media production, including content ideation and planning, scripting, shooting schedules, editing, post-production timelines, and content delivery across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Coordinate with brand partners, clients, sponsors, vendors, and agencies to ensure successful execution of projects or campaigns with Business Development team.
- Ensure every project stays within budget and meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Track project performance, evaluate outcomes, and provide regular status reports to internal stakeholders including create the SOPs, improve workflows, and implement best practices to streamline project delivery in future executions.
- Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all project deliverables.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in project management, preferably in the esports, entertainment, or media industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to guide teams, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with both live event operations and media/content production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Passion for gaming, esports, and digital content is a big plus.
