Project Engineer
Qualification
- Male, 25-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably In Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer, Project Engineer, or a similar role in a related industry.
- Experience in handling and resolving technical issues as well as customer support.
- Proficiency in using and applying the technology products or equipment sold by the company.
- Deep understanding of product installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ability to create and manage technical documentation and training materials.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to clearly present product information to customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills to support sales activities.
- Strong analytical abilities to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to analyze project needs and ensure that product technical specifications meet those requirements.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Job Description
- Provide technical assistance to clients using the company's products.
- Investigate and assist in resolving client issues, working with cross-functional teams to address these problems.
- Accompany the sales team on visits to customers to support them in terms of product knowledge, product application, installation, and user training.
- Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs
- Conduct training for the sales team on how to use the company's products, and enhance product knowledge across all teams.
- Offer technical assistance to review all client inquiries and provide the sales & admin sales team with information on whether the inquiry is complete before forwarding it to the procurement team.
- Analyze and support future company projects, ensuring all technical and product application aspects meet project requirements.
