General Accountabilities :
1. Perform IT infrastructure support (hardware and equipment), including preventive maintenance (anti virus protection, warranty renewal), troubleshooting (PCs, printers, scanners, projectors, and LAN), servers and communication lines (PABX), in order to ensure IT infrastructures in all offices are working properly and effectively.
2. Perform IT system support, including software installation, maintenance (licensed renewal) and trouble shooting, in order to ensure systems in all offices are working properly and effectively.
3. Execute support on user management, filing and data management (user ID’s and passwords, data backup and protection), in order to ensure all systems and data are working within security standards.
4. Respond to customer concerns and address the need through technical support and instruction, in order to ensure HO end user support has delivered support service to customers.
5. Determine the hardware and software issue and evaluate the best way to resolve it, in order to ensure IT peripherals in all offices are functioning properly.
6. Develop a strong communication networks when talking and assisting customers.
7. Release a repair instruction memo for any IT infrastructure that need to be fixed by the hardware vendors and issue IT recommendation to replace the broken devices
8. Develop and maintain continuous relationship with hardware and software maintenance vendors, in order to ensure reliable supports in case of IT problems and maintenance.
9. Provide internal mentoring and training to all related users in company regarding IT related matters, in order to ensure the transfer of IT knowledge to all users.
10. Maintain and update data related to IT infrastructure such as number of inventory, support ticket, recommendation being issued, PR (purchase requisition) being released and IT peripherals being delivered by vendors and distributed to users.
11. Develop IT technical documentation to share with other colleagues, in order to build up the teamwork among HO end user support specialist.
