Requirements
Minimum diploma degree from a technical major at a reputable university.
Must be at least a 5-year work experience as Chief Engineer at any 4-star/5-star international chain hotels.
Proficient in operating AutoCAD.
Proficient in technical drawings and layouts.
Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel.
Must have a strong background in HVAC/Plumbing System/Water Distribution System.
Must have a strong background in Hotel Risk Management.
Must have basic knowledge of fire protection system codes based on SNI.
