Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough quality check for all beauty items every inbound and provide documentation.
Put a seal on all inbound items.
Will be responsible / represent the MD team in handling customer complaints related to product authenticity.
Align with MD regarding the need for samples or store display for Luxehouze.
Assist MD & eCommerce team with the process of uploading new SKU.
Update and curate products for weekly social media product push and flash sale needs.
Responsible for assisting the MD team with stock-taking of beauty products stored in the warehouse whenever required.
Requirement & Qualifications:
Must have 1 year of experience as a Customer service/Admin/Warehouse/Staff from an e-commerce company
Beauty Enthusiast and know about luxury beauty brand sold by Luxehouze
Must be very attention to detail
Excel proficient (vlookup, index match)
Able to WFO 3x / week
Bonus point if you have been a QC person for retail products (especially beauty products).
