This function will be reporting to Application Senior Manager who is based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop prototype recipes, flavors application & testing in savory products
• Able to select & describe flavors & ingredients in prototype development
• Stay updated on savory trends, ingredients, and food processing technologies
• Drive innovation related to savory flavor technologies, new delivery systems, or culinary techniques
• Translate customer needs into actionable projects and align with business priorities
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders (mainly flavorist & commercial team) to answer customers’ needs.
• Act as a key technical expert in front of internal & external customers
• Supports clients during product development process and presents dsm-firmenich technologies
• Maintains and applies good laboratory practice

You bring:
• Bachelor degree in Food Science or Food Technology from an accredited university required
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Savory Application / Savory Product Development Laboratory
• Strong understanding of food processing and savory flavor systems
• Creativity and innovation orientation
• Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving
• Proven leadership and project management experience
• Good communication and customer interaction skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Agility in fast-paced environment
• Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and ability to work within a team
